GENERAL
For you, as a private individual, the Distance Contracts Act (see below regarding the right of withdrawal) and the Consumer Purchase Act apply, which have strict provisions, meaning that the law applies even if you have agreed to something else. For companies, including sole proprietorships, the Sale of Goods Act applies, which is discretionary, meaning that agreements between companies take precedence over the law.
We comply with the Personal Data Act (PUL). When you, as a private individual, register and place your order, you also agree that we store and use your personal data in our business to best fulfill our obligations to you. We protect your data according to PUL, and you have the right to access the data and to have it deleted if you wish.
Should any condition be found invalid according to Swedish or EU law, this shall not mean that the purchase conditions as a whole become invalid, but the invalid condition shall in that case be replaced with equivalent legal text.
Order
If you are under 18 years old, you must have the permission of a guardian. Such permission can be given by a parent sending their explicit permission to us by e-mail. All false orders are traced and reported to the police, and if we have suffered financial damage, we will claim compensation.
PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
When you have added items to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout, the applicable payment method will be displayed. Delivery will take place within 2-5 days unless it is stated at the time of order that the delivery time is longer.
In addition to the price, shipping costs may apply. If so, these will be stated in the webshop's checkout. Normally, no additional fees apply, but if they do, it will be clearly stated during the ordering process.
In the webshop, items may be marked with a delivery indicator. We reserve the right to cancel any item that cannot be delivered from your order with a price reduction for the same. If you wish to order another, equivalent item, this is to be considered a new order. If you wish to cancel an item due to a delay in delivery, this is possible until the item has been processed, i.e., an invoice or shipping document has been created. Partial deliveries only occur at your request and entail additional shipping costs for you.
When you place your order, the applicable delivery method will be displayed at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure that the address you provided at the time of order is correct. Delivery only takes place within Sweden, unless otherwise stated.

UNCLAIMED SHIPMENT
It is your responsibility to collect the shipment at the pick-up point within the time stated on the notification. If you cannot receive the package upon delivery, or do not pick up your package at the pick-up point, it will be sent back to us, and we may then charge you a reasonable sum for shipping and administrative costs. At least SEK 300. If this cost is not paid, the claim will be sent to debt collection.
ORDER AMENDMENT
You can make changes to your order of stocked items until the order has been processed. If the change is approved, any price differences will be adjusted according to the price applicable at the time of the change. Private individuals have the right of withdrawal, see under the heading "Right of withdrawal".
CANCELLATION
A cancellation is not valid until you have received confirmation from us. You can cancel your order without cost to you until the order has been processed. After this time, you, as a business customer, are obliged to accept the delivery. Private individuals have the right of withdrawal, see under the heading "Right of withdrawal". Companies that cancel a custom-made item must pay compensation for incurred costs up to the cancellation and for lost profit.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As a private individual, according to the Distance Contracts Act, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days. However, you do not have the right of withdrawal if the total price you are to pay is less than SEK 400. Please note that by law, you are responsible for the return shipping costs and may, by law, be liable for any decrease in the item's value if it is due to your handling of the item to a greater extent than necessary to determine its characteristics or function.
The withdrawal period begins on the day you received the item. If you have ordered several items or the item you ordered consists of several parts, the withdrawal period begins when you received the last item or the last part of the item, respectively. If you regret the purchase, the item must be returned unused, in undamaged condition, and with unbroken packaging/seal/technical seal.
After receiving the returned item, the purchase price will be refunded to you within 14 days from the day we received the notification of withdrawal.
Services: If you have ordered a service, the withdrawal period begins on the day we confirmed your order. If you have agreed for a service to begin and it has been completed, you cannot cancel if you have previously agreed to waive the right of withdrawal. You also do not have the right to cancel if the service began during the withdrawal period with your consent, and the service, due to its nature, cannot be returned, if the seal has been broken, or you have registered the license.

COMPLAINTS
If you, as a private individual, have received a damaged product, or if we have sent the wrong item, you must complain about the item as soon as possible and no later than within 14 days from when you discovered or should have discovered the defect.
If you, as a business owner, have received a damaged product, or we have sent the wrong item, you must complain immediately after receiving the item.
It applies to both private individuals and businesses that the damaged or incorrectly sent item must be returned in the same packaging and with the same transport company as when it was received, along with a detailed description of the defect.
If we cannot send a new item to you within a reasonable time, we will refund the return shipping and what you paid for the damaged or incorrectly sent item.
Compatibility problems often occur between different products, and we therefore recommend that you find out as much as possible before placing your order to avoid unnecessary costs.
Complaints cannot be made for cards opened from "sealed" packaging.
In such cases, we refer you to the card manufacturer.
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS ETC.
We reserve the right against any typographical errors and against errors in information and specifications regarding goods and services that appear in our assortment.
FORCE MAJEURE
Both parties shall be exempt from performing the agreement if performance is prevented or significantly impeded by circumstances that a party could not reasonably control or foresee. The following and similar circumstances shall be considered grounds for exemption where they hinder or impede the performance of the agreement: fire, war, mobilization, requisition, seizure, currency restrictions, general scarcity of goods, scarcity of means of transport, strike, lockout, power outage, restrictions in the form of motive power, as well as defects in or delays of deliveries from subcontractors due to such circumstances as referred to in this point or other circumstances that a party cannot control, which either hinder or impede a party's performance to such an extent that it cannot occur except at an abnormally high cost.
DISPUTE
The National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) provides a free procedure that private individuals can use in the event of a dispute. Our policy is always to follow ARN's recommendations. Disputes between companies are decided by a general court.
OUTER PACKAGING AND RESPONSIBILITY
When ordering products in full packaging (so-called case), the outer packaging may in some cases consist of the delivery packaging itself. This also applies when a full case of boxes is sold.
We are not responsible for the outer packaging (case) being protected against cosmetic damage, such as scratches, marks, or deformations. The outer packaging may also contain tape, tape residue, or other handling marks.
No guarantees are given regarding the appearance of the outer packaging, provided that the contents of the delivery are undamaged and fault-free upon receipt.

TERMS & INFORMATION
All orders from Samlarhobby Sverige AB are binding. You will receive a confirmation within a few minutes to the email address you provided at the time of order. If your confirmation is delayed, if you regret your order, or if you wish to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing kontakt@samlarhobby.se.
SHIPPING COSTS
Unclaimed packages will be charged with shipping costs to and from the customer, plus 10% of the cost of the goods. Or a minimum of SEK 300.
WARRANTY
In case of warranty, incorrect delivery, and other service matters, the customer is responsible for shipping to Samlarhobby Sverige AB and Samlarhobby Sverige AB for shipping to the customer. For the warranty to be valid, the following applies:
Products must have been handled according to standard and not subjected to greater stress than what is considered normal.
There is no warranty if the product is mishandled.
If you alter your product in any way, the warranty does not apply if the defect is due to your handling.
RIGHT OF RETURN
It is important that you contact us before returning the item.
Remember to enclose the invoice that came with the original shipment and that it is you as the customer who pays the shipping cost for returns. Enclose information about what you wish to exchange for and your bank details for a refund. Should an item be returned that is older than 14 days, we will make a deduction of 25% from the sales amount, but only if you have contacted us beforehand, otherwise no returns older than 14 days will be accepted.
The return of an item returned with reference to the Distance Contracts Act is at the customer's expense, as the Distance Contracts Act does not give the customer the right to request a refund of costs for transport or other services performed.
PRICES
Prices in the webshop are stated in SEK (Swedish Kronor) and all prices include 25% VAT. We also apply VMB (Margin Scheme Taxation) to collectibles and antiques. We reserve the right for price changes caused by price changes from suppliers, typographical errors in the price list, and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information, and we reserve the right to adjust the price. We disclaim all responsibility for any clerical errors.
FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of war, natural disaster, labor disputes, government decisions, failure of deliveries from subcontractors, or other unforeseen events beyond our control that prevent Samlarhobby Sverige AB from fulfilling said agreement/commitment, Samlarhobby Sverige AB shall be released from its obligations to fulfill said agreement.
RESERVATION
Samlarhobby Sverige AB reserves the right for any writing and targeting errors, and we reserve the right to change all information on the website without prior notice.
COOKIES
According to the Electronic Communications Act which came into force on July 25, 2003, visitors to a website must be informed about the use of so-called cookies, and be given the opportunity to prevent their use.
A cookie is a small text file (usually less than 1 kB) that is saved on your computer and stores information. Cookies are used, among other things, to improve the website for the user.
Our website uses the friendly variant of cookies, so-called session cookies. When you are surfing a webpage, session cookies are sent between your computer and our server to exchange information. This could, for example, concern what you have placed in your shopping cart, or if you are logged in to My Pages.
