Advance Payment Required for All Pre-Orders
Moving forward, we will require advance payment for all pre-orders.
This ensures that you, as a customer, can feel confident that your place in the queue is secured.

Previously, some pre-orders have been canceled before payment was completed due to varying payment reservation periods—some expire after as little as 10 days, depending on the payment provider. By charging in advance, we avoid this issue and can also list upcoming products earlier.

As always, we only accept pre-orders for quantities that have been confirmed by our supplier. However, please note that delivery dates may still change. This can happen due to delayed shipments from our suppliers or updated release schedules from the manufacturer.
