Terms & Conditions
General For private individuals, the Swedish Distance Contracts Act and Consumer Sales Act apply. These contain strict rules protecting consumers and apply even if different terms have been agreed upon. For businesses, including sole proprietors, the Sale of Goods Act applies, which is non-mandatory and thus may be overridden by contractual agreements.
We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By registering and placing an order, you consent to us storing and processing your personal data in order to fulfill our commitments to you. Your data is protected under GDPR, and you have the right to access or request deletion of your personal information.
If any condition in these terms is deemed invalid under Swedish or EU law, this does not render the entire agreement void. The invalid condition will instead be replaced with a legally valid equivalent.
Ordering If you are under 18, you must have parental consent. This consent must be sent by email from a parent. False orders are traced and reported to authorities. If financial damages occur, we will seek compensation.
Payment & Delivery
Shipping is typically within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated during checkout. Additional shipping charges may apply and are displayed during the order process. We reserve the right to remove out-of-stock items from your order. If you wish to cancel due to delay, you may do so up until an invoice or shipping label has been generated. Partial deliveries are made only upon request and incur an additional shipping fee.
Orders are shipped within EU unless otherwise stated. It is your responsibility to ensure your delivery address is correct.
Unclaimed Shipments If a shipment is not collected within the timeframe stated on the delivery notice, and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a minimum of 300 SEK to cover return shipping and administrative costs. Unpaid claims are forwarded to a collection agency.
Order Changes You may change your order for stocked items until the order has been processed. Any price differences will be adjusted according to the prices at the time of the change.
Cancellations Cancellations are only valid upon confirmation from us. Private individuals can cancel without cost until the order is processed. Businesses must accept delivery of goods once processed. Businesses canceling custom-made items must pay for any incurred costs and lost profit.
Right of Withdrawal Private consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days under the Distance Contracts Act. This does not apply to orders under 400 SEK. You must pay return shipping and are liable for any depreciation in value due to handling beyond what is necessary to determine the product's nature or function.
The withdrawal period starts when you receive your goods. For multiple deliveries, it begins upon receipt of the last item. Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and in original sealed packaging.
Refunds are issued within 14 days from receiving your withdrawal notice and the returned item.
Services For services, the withdrawal period starts upon confirmation. If you consented to the service beginning and it has been completed, you forfeit the right of withdrawal.
Complaints Private consumers must report damaged or incorrect products within 14 days of discovery. Businesses must do so immediately upon receipt. The item must be returned in original packaging using the same carrier, along with a detailed description of the issue. If we cannot provide a replacement within a reasonable time, we will refund your payment including return shipping.
No complaints can be made regarding opened cards from sealed packaging—these must be referred directly to the card manufacturer.
Errors & Misprints We reserve the right for any misprints or incorrect product specifications.
Force Majeure Both parties are exempt from fulfilling the agreement due to extraordinary events beyond control (e.g. fire, war, strike, natural disaster, supplier failure, or similar unforeseen circumstances).
Disputes Private consumers may contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). We follow their recommendations. Business disputes are settled in court.
Returns & Refunds All orders are binding. A confirmation is sent to the provided email address. If you do not receive confirmation or wish to cancel or change your order, email us immediately at kontakt@samlarhobby.se.
Shipping Costs Unclaimed packages are charged for round-trip shipping and 10% of the order value, with a minimum charge of 300 SEK.
Warranty You pay for shipping to us; we pay for the return. Warranty applies only if the item has not been misused. Modifications void the warranty.
Return Policy Always contact us before returning an item. Include the invoice and pay for return shipping. Include your bank details for refunds. Items returned after 14 days may be subject to a 25% restocking fee if pre-approved. Items returned under the Distance Contracts Act are returned at the customer's expense.
Prices All prices are in SEK and include 25% VAT. Margin scheme (VMB) may apply to collectibles and antiques. We reserve the right to change prices due to supplier changes, misprints, or other errors.
Cookies We use session cookies to enhance user experience. No personal data is stored. You can disable cookies via browser settings, but the website may not function properly.
Privacy Policy We do not share, sell, or exchange your personal data without your consent. Your information is collected solely to provide the best service possible.
